Return & Refund Policy

At All About the GOAT, we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch goat milk soaps and lotions. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Returns

Because our soaps and lotions are personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We gladly accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

To start a return, please email us at support@allaboutthegoat.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Allergy or Skin Sensitivity

Our products are made with natural ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Soap of the Month Club / Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be canceled anytime before the next billing date. We must receive your cancelation at least 5 days prior to shipping your monthly product which is the first of every month. Once a subscription order has shipped, it cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect. All subscriptions canceled at least 5 days prior to shipping will be canceled immediately and there will be no future charges or shipped products.
